AMIN Ewha — Restaurant in Seoul

The menu is not really that big, and except for one item, everything is meatless. After you pick up your main meal, then you can pick salad, soup, and beverage. All done at the kiosk by the door. I don't think Mediterranean is how I would describe the cuisine here. It's more like Mediterranean tweaked to cater to the vegetarian, vegan, and Korean taste. Especially the Korean taste, as most of the items were tiny bit spicy. The rule "each person has to order their own dish" is strange, as it goes not only against the Mediterranean but also Korean culture of sharing dishes. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Food itself was tasty, fresh, and healthy. Soup had so much grated pepper in it, it cleared my sinuses right away. The egg plant with korean pumpkin and avocado on bread was magnificent. The salad bowl with shrimp and squid had a generous portion of meat in it. I especially liked the shot of balsamic and olive oil. Just don't overdo it as you can poop yourself later on. It is, after all, designed for better...

They have vegan options. You can order at a machine which displays the menu in English and Korean. Food is delicious. They have wifi, water and lots of dining options. Take away is possible as well. I had the strawberry drink 🥤 very delicious, vegan and not sweet thankfully. I also ordered the Nova vegan with oriental dressing, pickles, seasonal fruits (free of charge when writing a google review) plus extra Avocado. The bowl are around 13k. It was truly delicious. Didn’t have to wait. It comes with well seasoned rice, glazed mushrooms, glazed onions 🧅, edamame, olives and tomatoes and well as hummus. Plus the crispy tofu was super crunchy....

They have the Best Salads. 제일 건강한 음식이예요...

My favorite so far is the 징거 salad with avocado topping and pita bread. I always enjoy healthy my meals from them.

You can order as well through phone or if you’re Kakao friends with them you can order by just messaging them through their 1:1 chat service and place your order giving you address and phone number and also indicating your method of payment.

Their delivery Service is super fast. I highly recommend it for every and especially if you’re trying to be on that diet, it’s the perfect place to eat...
