We arrived a little after 11 AM and were told the only available seating was the sofa area inside on the first floor. That was fine with us, so we sat down. After placing our order at the cashier, it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to bring us water, and another 20-25 minutes before our drinks arrived. It felt like quite a long wait, but we were patient.
Then, we noticed another table of 3-4 people received a complimentary dish with an apology for the delay — even though our order hadn't arrived at all yet. So we asked politely when our food would be ready. The response was just, "It’ll be out soon." Fair enough — until the staff member followed up by telling us to "fix ur posture" as they walked away. We looked each other saying did we hear it right?
We were simply leaning back on the cushion, not lying down or being disruptive. I even had to ask for the staff member's name — Kim Soobin — because the interaction was so surprising. Honestly, it’s quite something to ruin a brunch before the food even arrives.

Cafe 413 project is one of those cute places in Gangnam, in a hilly side street situated in a beautiful brick building. The interior is super cozy and could also be a cocktail bar, but we are here for food (in the morning).
