Cafe Namu — Restaurant in Seoul

This cafe is on the pricy side because it's a 24h one. The owner and the staff are rude. I have been there 3 times and i am not going back again, i have given this cafe more chances than it deserves. The first time they gave me a Hyongmi tea instead of green tea i ordered. so i asked for my green tea, the waitress started talking to me in a rude korean and when she brought me my drink she insulted me and denied it later on. the couples sitting next to me had a shocking expression on their faces i guess when they heard her insulting me. anyway it was just insane. the second time my friend didn't want to have a drink she just ordered a cake and i ordered a drink. they told us we can't sit if both of us don't order a drink. third time, the owner started moving people including me from their tables telling us those who are alone can't sit in a large table. I would understand if there was a lack of seats and people waiting. but there was plenty of empty spots and no one was looking for seats. so she ended up chasing people away and empty tables. So yeah for the price i pay, at least i want...

Don't come here! It's ridicuslously overpriced (5,800 won for a mediocre cappuccino!). The room temperature is quite hot and when I got there it was quite noisy due to a big girl group. I sat at a table to study, after around an hour and the staff shift change, I was asked to change to a smaller table despite the café being half empty. The previous employees brought the coffee to my table and didn't tell me anything so I suppose it was fine for them even though the shop was busier then... I recommend you to go to the nearby Tom'n'Toms. Wanted to support a non-chain shop but apparently they don't have to rely on customer service. That was my first...

Bad customer service: getting irritated at me for not knowing how to speak Korean and makes no attempt to find someone who is willing to translate.

Chocolate latte's price was on the expensive side but it tasted pretty good.
