The fish shaped (but not fish containing!) cakes are possibly the best dessert I've ever had. And I'm very, VERY experienced with desserts. Really enjoyed the yogurt shakes as well. You can ask them to make them less sweet if that's your jam, like it is mine. Great ambiance and windows for people watching in the square. You order your food on the second floor and there's seating on the second, third, and fourth floors. They give you a buzzer when you order so you can go find a table then conversation back when your goodies are done. Well worth trying this place out. The choco fish pastries are legitimately the best sweet I've ever had. Just the right amount of darkness in the chocolate, texture is indescribably good. Visted this Sulbing outlet on first day of our arrival in Seoul 1st week of June and the bingsu was so so good we had to go back to try all the different varieties on offer each time we passed by a Sulbing outlet. Strawberry and mango ones seem to be one of the all-time favourites and both are really delicious, the toppings were really generous and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Tables are not cleaned adequately for next customer. Staff are mostly busy with counter orders. Sulbing cafe has a variety of shaved ice with real fruits. Self order at kiosk (with English language option). Ordered their new item. The Half melon fruit (you don't get the entire whole melon fruit) color looks dull as if being cut and left out in fridge for some time.
