I seldom give 1 star for average tasting food. But service was terrible to the point we shouted to even get the servers attention.
At first we were greeted and showed to our table. After that it was difficult to get servers attention just to order. I waved and made eye contact multiple times, until i gave up and went straight up to one that was cleaning the tables to tell i wanted to order.
On my way to pay the bill the same happend again, server went straight pass me untill i shouted at her just to get her attention.
I have never been to a place with that many angry pokerface servers that dont even care.

I had heard a lot about this place, but failed to go because of the lines.
The texture and feel of the xiao long bao was good, but the flavor was lackluster. I was disappointed in that. For all the talk, I expected something to knock my socks off. This branch did not deliver.
