𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 (𝟱.𝟰₩) Creamy avocado slices paired with even creamier scrambled eggs truly stole the show. Eggdrop’s scrambled eggs were soft and fluffy, and tasted even more buttery with the handmade avocado sauce. The combi of velvety avocado and eggs was surely rich on the palate, but interestingly we did not feel jelat. Perhaps it was the brioche toast that reined in these flavours, or it was the smaller size of the sandwich that made the portion just right.
𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 (𝟱.𝟬₩) The strips of bacon were still glistening against the american cheese that was just beginning to soften and melt. The bacon was savoury and crispy! Apparently, this sandwich was their bestseller and with good reason - bacon, cheese, and eggs would be a great choice and perfect start to a day.
𝗝𝗲𝗷𝘂 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 (𝟯.𝟰₩) We had to a get a drink after all that scrambled egg goodness, and we opted for this refreshing cup of iced matcha latte which was a bit on the sweeter side.
Eggdrop’s sandwiches are the perfect start to a day. Simple ingredients sandwiched between two brioche slices, packing a LOT of flavour and texture, much more than they look. Overall, this was such a solid place to get egg sandwiches!

Read moreI saw the shop in the morning and decided to visit it later in the afternoon. However, they were on a break, with a sign indoors. “Break time”, was what was written on it. So I wanted to visit it in the evening. To my HORROR, they were on another break and this time, the sign was put OUTSIDE the shop. I even opened the door in disbelief and the guy managing the counter just stared at me and formed a cross with his arms. Since I hadn’t planned for something like this to happen, I had to eat fried chicken that was 6 times more expensive than the sandwiches shown in the shop menu. After that, I walked past the shop again, only to see it packed with a TON of people. Since I am leaving Korea tommorow, I’m not going to be able to taste their sandwiches or even experience what it feels like to be in the shop, so I am rating food, service, and atmosphere with 1 star. Ridiculously...
Read moreA very catchy, modern flash establishment that keeps passerby’s heads turned everyone they walk past this shop. Will the attractive toast sandwiches speaks and they are indeed fancy and yummy. I had the ham and cheese French toast accompanied by a vanilla latte. Coffee is really just average but the toast was heavenly. Very very well presented and ingredients used are fresh and cooked perfectly. Taste of the combination of ingredients used and sauces are just right. Highly recommended and will certainly come back again to try other types of toast. Seating areas are very limited on ground floor and first floor. There is some outside seating area on level 1 but it’s a small shop with very...
