Elder Burger — Restaurant in Seoul

This small burger café in Seongdong-gu is an absolute gem! The burgers here are nothing short of exceptional. I saw a review where someone called it "like Burger King" but that couldn't be further from the truth, these are on another level! The quality is outstanding: the beef is juicy, perfectly cooked, and free of sinew, really good quality, real meat patties.

The buns are lightly toasted and you can feel freshness, not overly processed like many others. Even the French fries stand out, they’re clearly made from real potatoes and cooked to crispy perfection.

The location adds to the charm, it’s a great spot to grab an early burger and then take a leisurely stroll through the surrounding alleys to explore the sights and small shops nearby.

My go to was definitely the double burger. Every bite was truly mouthwatering and satisfying. If you’re in Seongdong-gu and love a quality burger, this is a must visit. You’ll be craving it again before...

Great burgers but be aware of waiting.

We had to queue 40 minutes to get a seat and 40 minutes to get the burgers. But was it worth the wait? Almost. The patties are pink, juicy and the topping is good. The buns are great, but something that annoyed me is that they use whole salad leafs that makes the patty slide of the bread. They try to solve the symptom with a wooden stick, but I wonder why not to address the origin of the problem. However; it must be a good burger if this is my only complain :)

Both the fries and the onion rings are good, but I would not mind some more salt on them.

The menu is fairly simple, something i appreciate. We did make one mistake though. We ordered chili sauce to our fries, but got 'chili con carn'. This is appearently a thing in korea. Please just get rid of it and make option for aoli instead, then I...

Juicy delicious burgers almost if if not better than the typical ones in America. At least LA where I'm from. Not many places can beat elderberger. The Patty/meat was very well grilled. The sauces were perfect. The vegetables are perfect. Everything was perfect. We also had the fried mushrooms that was exceptionally good. Very Korean style, deep fry method and batter, amazing. It was well seasoned and crispy. The mushroom has a very unique texture. The service here is great. There's a lot of seating depending on what time you come. The prices are a little high but that's what you get for high quality food, But it was still a little tad bit pricey. Wish it was a little bit better pricing..
