Hands down my favorite restaurant in Seoul. It just does so many things right. It has a very simple menu with only a couple of options that it does really well. Most of the time I order the mackerel and squid, I'm not sure if the Spanish mackerel is worth the price as I've only had it once. I'd have to try it again to taste the difference. The next best thing is the staff and environment. It's the closest you can get to eating a home cooked meal without having a Korean grandma. And lastly, the price.
