Hanwooman — Restaurant in Seoul

방금 다녀왔어요. 최악이다 정말. 가족 친구 친척들 이동네 한평생 살면서 이 집 예전 빌딩에서 지금 옆 빌딩으로 이전하기 전부터 친지들이 자주 가던 집이라 좋아했는데. 부모님, 친척들과 같이 갈때랑 이렇게 서비스가 다르다니. 약 2주전에 방문햇을때랑 참 다르네요. 오늘 서빙하는분이 제가 모시고간 손님한태 집게 를 주시면서 '아가씨 이거 좀 구워요'. 이러더군요. 처음엔 잘못 들은줄 알았네요 부모님과 같이 갔을때는 세상 친절하더니. 이렇게 젊은 사람들만 갔을때 마인드가 바뀔수가 있나요. 첨에 올린 고기는 다 타서 질겨지고 결국 제가 한 소리 했더니 그제 와서 구워주시네요. 중요한 자리라서 동네 맛집이고 자주갔던 안전한집이라 생각하고 간 건데 이렇게 배신을 할줄이야. 다신 안갈거같네요.

Worst service ever. I've been to this place numerous times since all my family, friends and relatives have been living in this neighbourhood for very long time. Today, when I visited with my guests, the server was very rude and inattentive. We were left alone while our sirloin was overcooking and burning on the grill. We asked for our server to help with the grilling and she told us she couldn't because she's too busy with "other guests." FYI, there were only one or two other table with 2~3 people. Our first portion of sirloin was ruined, very dry and burnt. I was deeply humiliated because I always said good things about this place . Used to be our long time favourite "Korean-Beef" place but I guest it's time to let go. There are far too many places better...

I really like their galbitang. But since it's not so big, they dont let you stay for so long (saying there was a waiting line but I didn't see anyone waiting outside.....). Havent...
