예상했던 맛이었어서 좋았던 곳 현래장 옛날짜장은 처음 맛보는 거지만 리뷰를 통해 보여진 짜장 이미지를 미루어 맛을 유추해 봤을 때 개인적으로 어느정도 짐작이 되는 맛이 그려졌다 물론 아닐 수도 있었겠지만, 무언가 하이라이스 같은.. 부드럽고 달달한 짜장맛일 거 같은 느낌이었는데 운좋게도 예상은 적중했다 푹 익혀진 양파와 감자 그리고 호박이 걸죽한 소스의 풍미를 올려줬고 다진 고기는 고소함과 동시에 씹히는 맛 없는 소스의 아쉬움을 잠시 달래준다 현래장 면은 수타로 익히 다들 아실 거라 생각하고 수타의 그 재미진 불규칙한 면발들은 배달 짜장과 다른 재미를 조금 더 가미해주는 거 같았다 하지만 면이 생각보다 너무 삶겨져 재밌는 식감을 느끼기엔 아쉬움이 따르는 수타면이었다 하지만 걸죽한 소스 그리고 푹 익혀진 면발은 마치 하나의 식재료인듯 서로 뒤엉켜 일체감을 더해주는 느낌이었다 옛날 짜장 양은 보기와 다르게 생각보다 꽤 되는듯 싶었다 먹고 나니 배가 어느정도 불렀다 옛날 짜장은 이따금 생각날 때 한번쯤 방문해 먹게될 거 같다 아는 맛이 무섭다고, 현래장 옛날 짜장은 이제부터 나에게 있어 아는 맛이거니와 어느 정도 내가 좀 좋아하는...
