The food here is excellent. The beef patty was juicy and flavorful—not dry at all—and the fries were just right: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Big compliments to the kitchen staff for getting the basics so right.
That said, there were a few parts of the experience that could be improved. As a first-time visitor, I found the write-on order sheet a bit confusing. The design isn’t very clear, and it took a while to figure out how to fill it out properly. A cleaner, more intuitive layout would really help newcomers feel more comfortable.
The music selection itself was good, but the volume was too loud for a small dining space. This seems to be a common issue in many Seoul restaurants, but I do think it’s worth addressing. When the music’s too loud, people talk louder to compensate, which just adds to the overall noise. Lowering the volume slightly would make the atmosphere more relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

The wait can be really long, but there is a sign warning of...
Read moreI am utterly perplexed at how a place with such mediocre food has become the ground zero of gentrification in HBC. I got a chili cheese dog with a room temperature, untoasted bun straight from the Wonderbread packaging, ungrilled, textureless meat, and room temperature unmelted cheese. The interior was inoffensive with the exception of the never ending Taylor swift Playlist which was almost as upsetting as the food. Get your gentrification food...
