8PIECE Pizza — Restaurant in Seoul

It seems like one very capable Korean guy is cooking all the food here. Clearly he has proper mis en place as food is delivered quickly. The food itself was above our expectations. Creamy mushroom pasta has all the sweetness of real cream with an accompanying richness that does not upset the stomach. The "Bolognese" or ragu had the developed flavor of a proper long reduction and a hint of cinnamon. Pizza was excellent. Music and vibe were good as well. It's a pleasant little place. They were very accomodating to our party... which was a bit tricky... 2 moms + 4 young kids. All the food tasted good... served in good time, but I'm fairly certain there were no mussels in my salad... which was listed as having mussels. It's probably a bit overpriced... but not hugely. Overall...

This place has delicious thin-crust pizza with yummy sauce and a fair selection of options. The ambiance is pleasant and it is run by one of the nicest proprietors I've ever met. He always greets me with a smile and knows me by name. This is my personal favorite pizza joint...
