There's not a lot of Filipino restaurants in Seoul and Jovy's Grill is surprisingly the best I have been to so far (went to Pyeongtaek and Jeonju). The ambience took me back to the Philippined with the wooden tables and tropical vibe.
The menu items are both overwhelming and offers the highlights of Filipino cuisine - pancit (of course), sisig, sinigang, pork/chicken and seafood bbq, bicol express, crispy pata and karekare. They also have Filipino beers - San Miguel and Red Horse. And calamansi juice too!
The amount of food in each serving was a lot too! We had the sisig and its authentic because it's made of pork jowl and ears. The pancit canton was amazing as well as the bicol express. Pair everything with the garlic rice as well.
I have been telling my friends about this place and I cannot wait to bring my Korean friends over to try it! Our server is so sweet and the two ladies in the kitchen were very friendly....

Edit: I've been here again recently, still the same...

The menu, while not comprehensive, has every element of a traditional Philippine cuisine. Everything from ingredients to the seasoning has been exceptionally cared for. The decorations could have been better, of course, but given the price and the taste of the food, would absolutely recommend...
