Kokkili Bagel — Restaurant in Seoul

We visited Elephant Bagel in Seongsoo on 6/30 - 1. we didn't have a chance to visit London Bagel Museum during our stay in Seoul, 2. Hannam location was closed at 6:30. Well, our experience was not-so-special unfortunately.

They didn't have a lot left when we visited and that's understandable. It was early evening and I know how popular Elephant Bagel is. The problem was the two employees (male and female) who were rolling their eyes at us whenever we asked questions and seemed annoyed we were there. My 4th grader watched how they behaved the entire time and didn't want to buy any bagel due to their attitude. Whatever the reason was, we will not visit this location ever again and try...

Lady at the counter was horribly rude. I don’t know if it’s a bad day or you are just generally abrasive but when a customer asks a simple question, it is never appropriate to passive aggressively suggest they are stupid and cannot read - especially when no where on your literature actually answers the question.

Walked out without trying the food.

0/10 - will not recommend. Hire better staff that are service oriented at get the heck out of the...

Wow if you’re from Los Angeles or New York, you will be surprised at the taste of this so called bagel. Didn’t expect chewy fluffy texture. Wasn’t a fan of fig nor the garlic drenched option (two of the most popular options). Didn’t understand the hype. I wish I saved my stomach for better bread option at seong soo bakeries.
