We visited Elephant Bagel in Seongsoo on 6/30 - 1. we didn't have a chance to visit London Bagel Museum during our stay in Seoul, 2. Hannam location was closed at 6:30. Well, our experience was not-so-special unfortunately.
They didn't have a lot left when we visited and that's understandable. It was early evening and I know how popular Elephant Bagel is. The problem was the two employees (male and female) who were rolling their eyes at us whenever we asked questions and seemed annoyed we were there. I donโt know if itโs a bad day or you are just generally abrasive but when a customer asks a simple question, it is never appropriate to passive aggressively suggest they are stupid and cannot read - especially when no where on your literature actually answers the question.
Walked out without trying the food.
