menchuru — Restaurant in Seoul

A very good ramen place in Seoul. The owner of the cafe next door recommended this restaurant and glad I tried it out. The place was small and cozy but went early so was not busy. Their tonkatsu ramen was delicious, the broth was rich and both the pork shoulder and charsui were well cooked. The noodles were a bit on the soft side for me, but was not a major issue. Never going back to this place. Customers are very well mannered and quiet BUT the staff were talking about their bathroom + tummy problems while I was eating by the bar. Manners! Although the place was not so crowded, they forced me to sit at the bar and they held a disgusting...
