NARU — Restaurant in Seoul

Visited on October 20, 2024 (Lunch Buffet)

I visited with two friends for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Some buffet items were not well-maintained in terms of temperature and freshness, and we even noticed a fruit fly on the food. The LA galbi was overly greasy, and the Chinese-style pork was quite tough and served cold, making it difficult to enjoy.

Considering the price of 69,000 KRW per person, we expected a much higher level of quality from a restaurant associated with Lotte Hotels. It felt like the pricing reflected a premium hotel standard, but the overall dining experience did not.

I truly hope improvements can be made, especially as many international visitors rely on places like this for a positive impression of Korean hospitality and cuisine.

At this time, I would not recommend this restaurant based...

Its a relative decent buffet but a bit pricey for a selection of food you can get almost anywhere at many of Seoul's numerous restaurants for 3/4...

가족모임으로 토요일 12시에 다녀왔는데 처음에는 손님이 너무 없어서 걱정이 되었는데 30분쯤 지나니 손님이 꽤 많이 찼습니다 음식 종류는 많지 않아도 음식의 질은 좋습니다 특히 소고기 구이류가 맛있습니다 별도의 룸도 있어서 코로나 걱정없이 식사 가능합니다 대규모 단체손님이 없고 가족단위로 오는 편이어서 북적이지 않아서 좋습니다 무엇보다 전철역이 코 앞이어서...
