Neungdong Minari serves unique rice and noodle dishes featuring Hanwoo beef and Korea vegetable, minari.
Most dishes feature a clear broth made from Hanwoo beef and one of the signature dish features high quality raw tartare like Hanwoo beef on a rice bowl. We opted for extra meat but a few cuts and slices definitely have more gristle and fat than I expected.
Still very flavorful and there are two levels of seating so the place, which can be busy, does have quick turnover.

We got Minari Gomtang and Yukhoe Bibimbap. The soup itself was mild, husband said it was bland for his palate, which I agreed, the thing is, you need to eat it with the sauce they provide, together with the radish kimchi (it was on a metal container in every table), then it will be a comforting dish
