Pham Thi Chinh Pho — Restaurant in Seoul

This place was okay. The broth looked correct, however I think the flavor was masked behind pepper and chilis (if you want chilis). When tasting, it was on the sweeter side, not too sweet though. But for me, it was an average bowl of pho.

Overall, it’s still filling and can give you a quick fix if you’re in desperate need of pho. The toppings provided were beef, brisket, maybe a little tendons, a TON of bean sprouts, plenty of green onions, and some coriander.

The beef wasn’t super thin, actually had to chew it a bit. The tendons weren’t really tender. The brisket though, that was a nice cut of beef. However. The ratio of meat to noodles were lackluster:

I came here for late lunch of two people after visiting Seoul Forest on election day. It was almost out of table at the time we were there. Food came out a bit late but staff and owner are very friendly. The cà phê sữa đá (condensed milk coffee) was a bit bitter with my taste, fried rice and stir-fried noodles were delicious. The food was pretty good. I wished that my pho was piping hot, but it was more towards warm-hot. The taste was nice and satified my pho craving. Only get a large if you're very hungry.
