One of the best hotteok I've had in Seoul. And they know how to handle the mugwort flavour well by making it slightly salty. And it went sooo well with the black sugar syrups. The size of the hotteok is also wayyy bigger than ghe normal one you usually get at the market, while only being slightly more expensive. They have three flavours - original, red bean and mugwort. You order via the self service kiosk, pay by card or cash and then wait. They have very few seats but most people take out. The original is actually cinnamon brown sugar. It's good! The red bean has some nuts in it. Didn't feel game enough the try the mugwort, hah. Went back twice cos I really liked...
