Shabu in Seoul Seongsu Branch — Restaurant in Seoul

I don’t suggest you come here to eat if you are a foreigner. I got fooled by the positive reviews. I came here today for dinner without a reservation. Luckily, I have a Korean number, so I can use the register system, but for the other foreigners who don’t have one just now , the waiter just won’t help you with any solution to dine in. So you will just have to walk away. We came in without any greeting and just helped ourselves. The guy at the reception just pointed at the table and told us to sit there. His face was unpleasant. Which is quite rude for this kind of “fancy” restaurant. In the menu, each set shows two plates of meat. We ordered two sets because it requires each customer to order at least 1 set. But when the food came, it was only two plates of meat, which is not the same as the menu. We thought it would be four plates like the pictures in the menu. 어제 회사에서 팀장님이 점심 쏘신다 하셔서＼(^^)／ 덕분에 상대적으로 최근(?) 개업한 샤브인서울 성수점에 가게 되었습니다! 처음 들어가자마자 분위기가 좋다는 생각이 먼저 들더라고요. 직원분이 룸 안내해 주셔서 가니 역시 룸도 분위기 좋았습니다. 테이블 키오스크로 주문했고, 몇 분 후에 직원분이 설명 간단하게 해 주시고 바로 샤브샤브 먹었습니다. 채소랑 버섯, 고기가 신선하니 맛났습니다. 저는 맑은 버섯이랑 된장맛?(된장은 나오는 재료 구성이 살짝 달랐습니다) 둘 다 맛 봤는데 맑은 버섯이 샤브샤브의 맛을 좀 더 잘 표현하지 않았나 싶습니다. 샤브샤브 다 먹으면 직원분이 다시 들어와 식사류로 죽이나 리조또 직접 만들어 주십니다. 식사 다하시고 나서 오미자차(홍초 오미자맛이 있으면 이런 맛이겠다 싶습니다)까지 마시니 기분 좋았습니다. 금액은 제가 안 사서 잘 모르겠지만, 회사 점심으로 먹기에는 약간 부담스러운 가격으로 알고 있습니다. 친구들이나 지인이랑 놀러갈 때...

韓国でしゃぶしゃぶを食べてきました☺️ とても素敵なお店で韓国で人気のお店！ 私は夜のオープン時間17時に伺いましたが あっという間に席は満席になり ウェイティングしていました😳！ 韓国式しゃぶしゃぶと表記していますが どちらかというと、韓国にある日本式しゃぶしゃぶの方が近い気がします！！ なので日本人のお口にも合うし でも韓国っぽいところを楽しめる そんなしゃぶしゃぶ屋さんでした🥳 ▶︎ポイントはまず 1＋＋の韓牛や 一等級の黒豚のお肉が楽しめるというところ！ そして、ポン酢、ごまだれのほかに、 チリソースがあり薬味はねぎ、にんにく、青唐辛子、肉味噌がありました🌼 野菜の中にミナリも入っていたので にんにくだけでなくにんにくとミナリと一緒に食べたしゃぶしゃぶが韓国っぽいなあ〜と感じました😍 最後の締めは雑炊ですがブラックペッパーとごま油、韓国海苔で仕上げ！ 日本とはまた違った雑炊です。お肉もとっても美味しくて色々な味付けで楽しめ追加もできるのでマンドゥやエビも追加...
