일반적인 중국음식을 추천한다면 항상 생각나는 곳. 여러 음식이 평균이상은 하지만 가장 추천을 한다면 가지튀김과 딤섬 그리고 바지락볶음을 추천한다. 사실 가게 이름부터가 도삭면이지만, 도삭면은 한번 먹어보면 되고 꼭 요리들을 먹어보길 추천한다. 가지튀김은 겉에는 바삭하고 안에는 부드러운 느낌의 식감이고, 바지락볶음과 같이 먹는다면 자꾸 손이 가는 것을 느낄 것이다. 바지락볶음은 밥을 부르게 하는 음식이고, 별미 중의 별미다. 꼭 먹어보길 바란다. 살짝 매콤하면서도 계란볶음밥이나 공기밥에 소스를 비벼서 먹는다면 밥이 얼마나 들어가는 지 확인하기 어려울 정도로 계속 들어간다. 물론 술안주로도 강력추천한다. 매장 분위기는 사람들이 많아서 상당히 어수선하고, 복잡한 느낌. 매장 직원들도 바빠서 한번 이상은 불러야한다.

In fact, the name of the store is Dosakmyeon, but you can try Dosakmyeon and I recommend you to try the dishes. Fried eggplant has a crispy texture on the outside and a soft texture on the inside, and if you eat it with stir-fried clams, you will feel your hands keep going. Stir-fried clams is a dish that makes you call rice, and it is one of the delicacies. I hope you try it. It is slightly spicy, but if you mix egg fried rice or rice with sauce, it keeps going in so much that it is difficult to check how much rice goes in. Of course, I strongly recommend it as a side dish. The atmosphere of the store is quite chaotic and complicated because there are many people. The store staff is also busy, so they have to call at least once.

This was our second visit. The food tasted good, and the portions were fine during our first visit. However, this time I ordered the same beef noodle soup, and there was just one tiny piece of beef in the entire bowl. When I asked the staff about it, they brought me two more pieces, leaving me with a total of three small pieces of beef in a large bowl of noodles. I took a queue number & waited for an hour on a weekend afternoon 2pm. I expected the dumplings that I craved to be really nice for the queue to be so long. But it’s kinda disappointing to me. The soup dumpling doesn’t taste good. And the prawn dumpling skin is way too hard. Only the knife cut noodle past the check. Maybe they are popular for other foods.
