Beautiful dining experience.

Everything was super well presented and the 59k (+5k) and 79k (+5k) course are worth paying. Big plus for corkage free experience, 1 bottle per person 🥳.

I saw some reviews complaining about things being too sweet. The only part that it tasted sweet to me was the last dessert, other than that sugar was not a problem and i m very low intake sugar person.

Appetizers were fun, chicken super juicy, magret de canard well cooked and mugwort ice cream was fantastic.

If you are hungry consider the 10 course menu instead of 8 course. The 8 course felt just enough.

예전 한국의 레스토랑이 미식가들을 위한 곳들이었다면, 요즘은 유튜브 등으로 대중화가 된 것 같아요. 그러면서 3~4년 사이 상당히 다양한 다이닝이 등장한 듯 하네요. 그러다보니 명확한 기준없이 좋은 평가를 받는 곳이 많은 것 같습니다. 이 곳도 그 중 하나겠네요.

저녁 10코스 주문했고요... 창작이 있는 듯 하지만 부족한 창작. 애매한 가성비. 임팩트 부족. 기본 부족(난방 부족, 화장실 미흡) 코르크차지가 무료라서 많은 손님들이 와인 등을 구비해 오셨으나 음식과 술 둘 중 하나는 무조건 박살나는 조합들이더군요... (제발 업소에서 좀 대충이라도 알려줘라... 어제 레드와인, 디저트와인, 독일와인 별에별 조합 다 보면서 토할 뻔 했다...)

홍대에 있었으면 어울렸을 듯 한데(고객층도 그러하고), 파인 다이닝은 당연히 아니고, 한식이라고 하기엔 독특하고, 그렇다고 창작이라고 하기에도 부족하고... 권숙수가 대중을 겨냥해 홍대에 차린 써드브랜드같은 느낌이라고 보면 될 듯요.

(P.S. 원래 어뮤즈부셰는 디쉬 개수에 포함되지 않아요.. 외국 살아서 열가지 코스라기에 진짜인줄 알고 좋아했네요...) 여기 구글맵 리뷰에 대학생들에게 추천한다는...
