과거 브랜드 전체의 기조에 따라 와이파이를 서비스 하지 않아 더 클래식 내에 커피 브랜드 중 랩탑으로 자기 할 일하면서 커피 마시고 싶은 사람들은 스벅을 커피 한잔 시켜놓고 수다떨고 싶은 인근 애기엄마들은 커피빈으로 가는게 공식화 되있었다.

그러던 어느 날 같은 클래식500 건물에 투썸이라는 메기가 들어오면서 커피빈의 손님들을 다 빨아갔고 (커피빈보다 맛있는 커피, 넓고 좋은 좌석, wifi 등등)

커피빈이 한동안 처참할 정도로 사람이 없었는데 본사의 서비스 전략이 바뀌기도 했고 매장차원에서도 대응이 필요하다 생각했는지 와이파이 및 콘센트 설치하고 좌석 배치도 카공족들이 머무르기 좋게 바꾸었다.

확실히 젊은 사람들 입장에서는 머무르기가 전보다는 훨씬 좋아졌다. 다만 구제할 수 없는 커피의 맛 때문에 같은 건물에 입점한 커피브랜드 중 경쟁력이 제일 약하다고 생각함. (그나마 기본메뉴 안먹고 배리에이션 메뉴나 쥬스류 음료 먹으면 괜찮긴 함)

그래도 역으로 사람이 없다는 점 때문에 주말이나 휴일같이 붐비는 날에 자리 잡기는 좋아 사람들 이동 동선이 스벅이나 투썸가서 자리 있나 보고 없으면 커피빈 가고 이런식임.

여튼 예전보다...

리모델링 후 분위기가 확 바뀐듯요 ㅋㅋ 자리는 적고 사람은 항상 붐비지만 건대인데 다른곳도 마찬가지죠 뭐 ㅋㅋ 화장실은 진심레알 최고입니다. 커피빈 잘 안오는데 건대오면 가끔 오는이유중 화장실의 비중이 가장 큽니다 ㅋㅋ 직원들도 친절하고 딱히 불만이라하면 자리가 적은거정도?...
