I found out about Wildflower via my visit to Flowerchild. I recently had a very impressive dinner there and the chef told me about her new restaurant so I had to make a reservation right after. Wildflower is located in a rather secluded back alley but it is very close to Naebang station, probably 3 minutes on foot. It has a very beautiful interior and the vibe is very welcoming and warm, which I also felt at Flowerchild. One major difference is that it serves Seoul cuisine, which "reflects the current state of Seoul" a la carte menu. The pork was chewy and uninviting. Overall, a nice atmosphere and good servers, but overpriced for...
Read moreI loved FlowerChild so I was extremely excited to hear they opened another restaurant. Wildflower is more casual, but it is immediately evident that they are related. Wildflower has a tasteful and classy atmosphere, an open kitchen where you can see the open fire cooking, and food that is not only delicious but incredibly unique and intriguing. The food here is reminiscent of Korean cuisine, but executed like nothing else I've had in Korea. This will definitely be a regular stop on any of my...
