I find one fine hidden gem in Seoraemanul with rooms for private dining with good view, no room charge, moderate price and Corkage free. Grilling service is also excellent by roast master for the best condition of the beef. Special thanks to Ms. Geumwha Yoon for her sensible top notch service and also for her wonderful grilling skill

• The signature one is Tenderloin (특안심, 59K KRW). It is so tender that it is torn and grilled. The combination of the beef with scallop and mushroom, so call Samhap (삼합) is full of flavors! Striploin (특등심, 62K): juicy and also tasty.
• Ripeye Cap (새우살): most tender and full of flavor. Marbling is good, so it melts like butter in mouth. Beef Tartare (육회, 35K): light and savory

Extra dishes of Egg Custard (계란찜, 4K), Radish cold & spicy Noodles (열무국수, 7K) are also delicacies. Finally, the Fried Rice with Radish Kimchi (깍뚝볶음밥, 6K) with Soybean Paste Beef Stew (한우된장찌게, 10K) are very delectable which should not be missed, no matter how you are full enough.
