Brooklyn The Burger Joint Seorae Main — Restaurant in Seoul

2017년 8월 15일 화요일 광복절 1시~1시30분 사이에 일하던 여자 케쉬어 정말 불친절하네요. 전화로도 짜증내시고. 저랑 같이간 동료들도 좀 심하다고 불쾌해했어요. 자주가는 곳인데 일하는 직원 한명때문에 좋은 음식점 경험 망치는게 안타까워서 적고갑니다.

Because I live close to the restaurant, Brooklyn Burger had quickly become one of my go-to burger joints- I had been going there even before it relocated to this larger place. However, after having an especially unpleasant experience today I am hesitant to go there again. I had called the restaurant to make an order for pick up and the female employee on the phone was extremely cold in attitude and curt in her language. Afterwards, when I went into the restaurant to pick up my food, she was working at the cashier and was once again very rude. Even when I asked her a question, she answered as if she was annoyed and didn't want to be there. The long line is a bit of a pain but when you're really craving a burger it's worth it.

The milkshake options are amazing and you'll be hard pressed to find better fries in Seoul. The chili cheese fries have a nice spice to them and use decent spices that keep true to an American flavor.
