Sunday lunch time, family starving, getting frantic as we hadn't planned. Always intrigued by the idea of Venezuelan food even though never had had it or never been there, this place just appeared on the corner. Nada que decir de la señora es muy amable y atenta. El señor sin embargo es otro tema, llame para un pedido me dijo si está bien en media hora está listo, llegue y tuve que esperar 25 minuto más aparte de la media hora además de que al llegar me dijo: te dije que te llamada cuando jamás fue así y sin más y con actitud un poco despota me dijo: pues tienes que esperar y apenas al llegar yo al restaurante fue que le entregó el pedido a su señora esposa. Al final el tiempo total de espera fueron 55 minutos. La verdad es que si quieres un producto y te dicen espera 1 hora y si en verdad quieres el producto vas a esperar la hora, pero no le digas al cliente algo sólo por quedar bien y al final se convierte casi en el doble del tiempo y encima le dices mentiras al cliente cómo que te dije que te llamaba cuando nunca fue así. En fin, la comida es muy buena en el sitio pero la atención por parte de su anfitrión, hace que te cuestiones si en verdad volverías...
