Nobody came ever to our table to ask if we wanted another drink while everyone's glasses were empty!! Didn't bring me a menu either, I had to go ask about good. The waiter did not know anything about "vegan" food. Then another waitress came to me, telling me they had options - salad (that's not a meal!) and potatoes, I told her if they had for sure (!!) a vegan sauce I would take it and said I would like Garlic potatoes. They brought a few potatoe slices with two fat sauces spread over it, definitely ftom bottles, and definitely 100 percent not vegan!!! I had to eat non vegan food so I wouldn't embarrass my group and not cause a scene!! They never asked if the food was OK either! 8 Eur! For a handful of small potatoe slices with ready made dip. Firstly the website is misleading as it says you can have a tapas rather than a racion. Secondly the lady serving was very unfriendly and to the point “yes the website is wrong you can only have a full meal”, put us off straight away, unfortunately the drinks had arrived otherwise we would have left.

Update your website then, including your opening times.

Called multiple times to book. They didn't pick up. Finally wrote a message on their website booking form. When we arrived at the proposed time, there were zero records of our calls or web booking and we were summarily and unceremoniously dismissed, quite impolitely, by what looked as an completely overwhelmed and exhausted waitress. We sympathise with her as she's likely just another victim of the owner's total lack of basic management skills, but this is no way to attract or maintain a healthy number of customers.
