Panaderia San Jaime — Restaurant in Alaior

Very well-organized bakery with amazing sweets and bread. We got our breakfast items and treats for coffee there during our one-week vacation – usually enough for each day. The service was always quick, even with a long line. The baked goods were consistently fresh and absolutely delicious.

The coffee was also surprisingly good. At first, we thought it came from a portafilter machine, but it was actually a capsule system. Still, it was highly efficient, and you could barely taste a difference compared to high-end coffee.

Amazing bakery/bread shop in Son Bou with lots of pastries to choose from as well as breads, sandwiches, tosts of stuff (tomato, jamón, avocado, butter...).
