Forastera is, for me, the go-to place in Alaró for high-quality beer – brewed with love for the beer by the owner himself. As a cyclist coming from Lloseta, you’ll head straight toward it. For all road cyclists, it’s absolutely recommended. You get a high-quality breakfast and the best coffee in town (I’ve rarely had such a good café con leche). There’s also fresh orange juice. You can sit inside, and there are benches outside as well. The customer is treated like royalty here, and it’s not a mass operation – it’s personal. I’ll definitely go back....
Read moreThe night owl was here early in the morning (around noon). The owners are very open and nice! You can learn a lot about beer and visit the brewery. I tasted fresh beers: they are all very tasty, really handcrafted and with a lot of love. Marta, the CEO, is preparing wonderful meals whilst Sven, the Brewmaster, is taking care of people‘s thirst.
I really hope the brewery survives the Corona pandemic and will grow. Because unfortunately you can't buy the beer anywhere in the supposedly well sorted craft beer shops on Mallorca....
