GO! Sushing Alcorcón — Restaurant in Alcorcón

I have been a loyal customer for around 4 years now and have always loved the food, the service and the taste. However, over the years, it has been clear that the quality has decreased. I ordered one of my usuals, the prawn Pad Thai and received a total of 3 prawns which I found disappointing and I felt like I was not getting my money’s worth. Additionally, the quality of the Salmon Maki has also significantly decreased, and the cut of the fish was simply not that good and really influenced the overall taste of the maki. The Chicken Fried Rice was nothing special, lacked a bit of flavour but overall okay. However, Duck Gyozas were and still are one of their best dishes, definitely the highlight and they remain great good quality. The service however was great and their delivery guys are always kind and polite and the delivery service is always very speedy. I have always loved Go Sushing! For years they have been my go to place and last night they nailed it again. This time, the food was amazing as usual, but what stood out what the amazing service of Leo Yuan. He is a great waiter! When I subtly mentioned my preferences he was quick to look through the menu with me and offer help on the selections, he even custom made a roll for me! After we ate he made a wonderful and simple dessert that was stylish and tasty. That was the definition of great service! Pido todas las semanas en go sushing, de Alcorcón porque me gusta mucho el sushi de allí . Pero últimamente los platos que pedimos no son como al principio entiendo perfectamente que al haber más clientes el ritmo tiene que ser mucho más rápido y no le pueden dedicar el tiempo a cada pedido como antes , pero lo que consiguen es que dejemos de pedir . No suelo escribir nunca por aquí pero esto ya era la gota que colmaba el vaso ayer día 15/1/21 hice un pedido a las 21:15 para hacer un pedido de 40€ Me dijeron que tardaría una hora aproximadamente . El sushi es frío de por si , pero yo pedí platos que no deberían de venir fríos , más bien deberían de venir calientes . me decepciono bastante me llamo la chica del restaurante para decirme que salió el pedido a las 22:20 y dije perfecto . Pero después de la llamada el pedido me vino 25 min más tarde . Si no podéis hacer un envío decente no me cojáis el pedido y hagáis esperar tanto tiempo al cliente porque de llamar a las 21.15 para que te venga el pedido a las 22:45 . No lo cojáis . Porque habéis perdido un cliente que suele pedir todas...
