I recently visited the restaurant and believe me not going to visit again ever. The service person was an Indian guy and we thought they were going to treat up well as we were also an Indian. But the guy for really unprofessional with weird behaviour and frustrated. We ordered Veg biryani and asked to put more potatoes he asked they will change 2euro and we were fine as we wanted to have good food and Coke. Total order value was around 16-18 Euros but he told us that the table , towel and other stuff he used to serve is costly. So either we need to add more items even though we didn’t find anything in Veg or we have to leave. Who does that. I have seen first time in my life that Restaurant don’t want to serve as order value is not as per their expectations. And the funny part was that restaurant had only 1-2 people eating and drinking. I would highly recommend this restaurant to change this person if at all you want to sell more or eventually you have to shut down your restaurant just...
Read moreWent there again today the last time before leaving Alicante. Loved them the other day already because they had vegetarian momos which we love - but seem to be hard to come by in Spain. Plus: they have quite a large vegetarian section for main dishes, thank you! The bread is very good too, comes in a few different varieties and we enjoyed the one with cheese again (certainly better than what you regularly get at an indian restaurant). Also rice you can choose from a set of options and it looks very beautiful with all the colours. Main dishes are very tasty too and confirm their claim that the chef is a specialist and wants to make you taste the real India. The ambience is pretty nice with the view on the green outside area. The one thing that could be improved though are the waiters who seemed a little not so overly attentive. But for the kind of food we were just treated with it's a small...
Read moreWe love Indian food and this place is an AMAZING find. It is exceptionally good!!! We both agreed the veg samosa was the best we have had outside of India and we have eaten a lot of samosas!!! Very good flavours - We had a Paneer Madras, perfect spice and flavour. King Prawn Bhuna, again excellent and we shared a dish we had not found before, Chana Sag, chickpeas and spinach, made spice. Was DELISH! Rice was perfect. We also decided it was the best bread we had had, ever in an Indian outside of India. We had a plain Naan and a Roti. EXCEPTIONAL restaurant. Was more expensive than our local, BUT the quality made up for the extra cost, and we are just outside of the city, so it was as...
