DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS AT THIS STORE/ NO COMPRES PRODUCTOS APPLE EN ESTA TIENDA. Please learn from my mistakes, this store does not have the same warranty as the official Apple store. They will tell you not to worry, that they have the exact warranty as the official apple store or anything to to make a sale but beware because it is not true. Ive ran into some hardware problem with my iphone and went to this store, since i originally bought my phone there. They took my phone in, of course they said not to worry about it maybe 5 times, and told me that my phone was going to the Apple Store technicians. Well two weeks later and nothing.... and not just that i came to realize that if would of gone to the apple store they would of exchanheg it on the spot!. The staff is not helpful and rude, I went to see them at the 5 day mark, since they told me 5 to 7 days, and the lady just kept on telling me, WE TOLD YOU... 5 to 7 days work days. So obviously I left and came back after 9 work days and then you would think there wouldnt be an excuse but it was a new excuse.... Apparently the 5 to 7 work days started 3 days after I droppped the phone because thats when they decided to send it in. Its been two weeks now! two weeks with no phone, something that would never of happened if i would of just bought it from the appel stor If you are going to buy an iphone make sure to buy the good service that the apple store provides with it... not the service these pirates offer you. AS WELL, their technical service is not from apple.. so be ware of this fact as well.
If you wish to buy an Apple product and live in Alicante remember that you can buy any products from the online apple store apple.es . and of course it will come with the warranty. Also, there is an Apple store in Murcia, it might seem far but you will feel so much more at ease if ever...

You walk in, 5 employees standing there, of which 3 are doing nothing. Ask if one of them could help me, they don't help you, you need to 'scan' a QR code to make an appointment, which I did, and then somebody assisted me .....how inefficient can you be???????
Wanted to buy an iphone, and protection cover. Told the lady, I want an iphone and a protection cover, I pay and I leave, it probably won't take more then 1 minute. She tells me I need to take a seat, and then need to register myself etc etc etc....
I want a phone - I'm not interested in your marketing campaigns, she told me it was 'compulsory' to register, told her no, won't happen, I just want a phone pay and walk out, not possible.....
Which shop in the world demands a registration for something as simple as a phone? The person running this business really needs to re-check if he runs a shop or a marketing campaign....
went to mediamarkt, picked the phone and cover, walked to the cashier, paid and left, no registration, no 'appointment' to be assisted, just clean and simple, as every shop should be.

Read moreOrdered an IPhone 16 Pro Max 512gb. Paid it all and waited for around three weeks as there was no phones in stoked, which is fine as that model just showed up. Once we came to get it we’ve been told that we need to pay around 5€ more as the screen protection what we’ve got was not the same as in their package. When were were making a deal we said that we don’t need their package with all the installations, case and protection screen and we want to order separately a good quality “Spy” protection screen and an original case. The sales was trying his best to sale us that package and by the end of the day he agreed to add that exact model of protection screen to the package if we get one. He wrote it on the paperwork given us to get that phone once it is in the stoke that the protection screen has to be different then in the original package. Once they installed another protection screen they started to blame that it was wrong and now we need to pay more. I’ve called the manager to sort it out, waited for 15 minutes and then workers told us that the manager is not in the store… service...
