After multiple attempts to resolve my issue directly with cash converters, I have no other choice but to leave a negative review. If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. After purchasing a phone from cash converters which worked for 6 months, the screen then stopped working. The issue is intermittent and happens every few minutes, the screen will go black, or go grey with lines down it as if like a broken TV screen with static. The phone is still on when this is happening as the noises can still be heard normally and the lights, however the screen is broke. After raising this issue to CC customer service through the website, they asked me to return my phone to them so they could fix it under the warranty. I returned my phone to them immediately and after 3 weeks they sent it back to me with no communication. I opened my phone and instantly upon switching it on the exact same issue was still occurring, the issue was not resolved. I emailed them to say I was not happy that after 3 weeks it was returned to me still broken, and I asked for an investigation into why this happened and why it was sent back without being repaired. They refused to investigate or answer my questions and instead asked me to send the phone back to them again. I returned the phone to them once again however I asked them still to investigate why the technicians did not repair my phone if they had it for 3 weeks. They did not respond to my emails, did not investigate, and did not communicate anything with me even after several attempts by me. Over the next few weeks of them having my phone I requested more information on the progress with my phone and if it was being repaired this time. They kept telling me it was still being repaired, and then eventually they came back to me and said 'we have 3-5 weeks to repair your phone when it is returned to us'. By this time, it had been 12 weeks in total that they had my phone over the first and second times, and I explained this to them in an email and that I was unhappy with how long this was taking as I use my phone for my business and my business was being impacted and the poor customer service and warranty service was causing me a lot of stress. I then received an email a few days later with a tracking link to say my phone was being posted back to me again. Once again upon opening my phone the EXACT same issue occurred within 5 minutes of having the phone turned on. So once again, my phone was not fixed and was returned to me with the exact same problem after them having it and me being without a phone for 12 weeks. I emailed them very calmly with a full detailed timeline of what had happened from the start, and explaining that if a manager did not reach out to me directly to resolve this issue and investigate, that I would be taking further steps such as leaving negative reviews. After waiting for their reply they sent me the same generic email that they sent me the previous two times asking me to return my phone to them by post. This is ridiculous now at this stage, will this just go on forever? No explanation, no investigation, no repair done on my phone, just an endless cycle of me returning it and them sending it back broke without being repaired. I would strongly suggest NEVER buying from CC because the phone only lasted 6 months, and the warranty is clearly a SCAM and a way to give you false confidence. Read moreunas cositas importantes que destacar de la tienda. 1 pedimos el mando de la play5 en color NEGRO y ha llegado uno blanco mugriento (si no hemos vuelto para cambiarlo era porque pasábamos de perder más tiempo porque llevábamos esperando un supuesto envío que debería haber llegado en 72h... que finalmente resultó ser 6 días, así que pasábamos de perder más tiempo con devoluciones etc) 2, ayer llamamos porque queríamos tener información porque correos lo único que nos decía es que llevaba 3 días el paquete en Alicante un centro de correos y la chica que nos cogió el teléfono muy poco profesional diciéndonos que llamaros a correos (básicamente nos dijo que pelearamos nosotros con correos que ella no podía hacer nada) vamos a ver, yo tengo un contrato con vosotros, soy vuestra clienta, os he comprado a VOSOTROS, en ningún momento yo tengo contacto con correos, ni le compro nada a correos, ni envío el paquete por correos, por qué debería hablar yo con ellos e intentar resolverlo??? os dejo captura de correos diciéndonos que no podían hacer nada porque VOSOTROS (no nosotros) sois quien tenéis realizada la contratación del paquete, cosa que intentamos explicarle 4 veces a la chica de la tienda y ni caso nos hacía, ella decía que si nos habíamos equivocado nosotros rellenando algún dato y que si lleva 3 días en Alicante el paquete que fuéramos a recogerlo, que no tenía ella la culpa y nosotros intentando decirle que NO era eso, que estaba todo bien puesto en el envío y que era para recoger en la tienda y ella erre que erre, así que colgamos porque tela. Read moreLes enviamos un microondas tasado online , en perfecto estado, con todas sus piezas incluido el manual de usuario, empaquetado en la caja del nuevo microondas con sus corchos y una vez les llega, nos indican que les falta una pieza del rotor, lo cual es imposible, porque el modelo que enviamos no se le puede quitar y al rato responden que no, que a parte tiene el marco roto, es decir, les adjuntamos fotos del microondas antes de empaquetarlo en perfecto estado, en el que se ven todas sus piezas, que está empaquetado en los corchos del nuevo microondas que compramos, lo cual hace imposible que el marco esté roto y su respuesta es que oye mira le falta una pieza y además está roto y te lo vamos a devolver y tienes que pagar los gastos de envío, pero de todo esto fue el día 29 y aquí no se ha recibido nada, ni se nos ha notificado nada. Sin duda la primera y última vez que utilizaremos esta tienda, ya que el servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo, además de que me parece un tanto extraño todo lo que nos han dicho, de hecho llamamos a una de las tiendas y les parecía extraño que primero dijeran que faltaba una pieza y ante nuestra contestación dijeran que además estaba roto el marco..... sin duda deja mucho que desear y nos sentimos estafados, ya que estamos a día 7 de enero y no tenemos noticias de la devolución de nuestro microondas , al cual según ellos primero le faltaba una pieza y a las horas de contestarles ...... resultaba que...
