Restaurante Niza — Restaurant in Alicante

From the moment I walked in, the treatment I received from the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I felt completely ignored and received little to no attention throughout the entire evening.

Unfortunately, the issue didn’t stop at the service; the quality of the food was also subpar. Every dish I tried seemed to have been left on the stove for far too long, resulting in an unpleasant taste and even a foul odor. It was truly disheartening to see that the fresh, high-quality ingredients boasted on the menu didn’t translate into the reality of the dishes served.

In addition to the disappointing food quality, the exorbitant prices at Restaurant Niza are inexcusable. I expected a high-level gastronomic experience, but instead, I encountered mediocre dishes at outrageously inflated prices. It is evident that they are taking advantage of their location and supposed reputation to overcharge customers without any justification.

However, the most notable aspect of my visit was the abysmal rudeness displayed by the staff. Their lack of courtesy and respect was simply appalling. It is astonishing that a restaurant with such terrible customer service can even remain...

After spending a great day at the beach we wanted to enjoy some nice food and enjoy the view. When we entered the restaurant, we asked if they could put some tables together but the waiter (the one with the tattoos) tried to ignore us before then just throwing some tables together very aggressively. When we tried to order the waitress didn’t seem to understand what we wanted and had to ask multiple times again. In general the entire staff is extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming, partially incompetent and impolite while serving the guests. When we received our food three out of four meals just weren’t what we ordered. In addition to that the food just tasted plain disgusting. We ordered very simple meals and it’s a miracle that they managed to screw them up. All in all… just spend your money otherwise. Would give zero...

Decided to stop for food at this busy, bustling restaurant on this beautiful coastline and gorgeous beach. What could possibly go wrong ? Middle aged waiter, I think he may be the owner greeted us in a very unwelcoming, in fact quite aggressive manner. He threw a table and some chairs in front of us and fired a couple of menus down. Eventually ordered food and drink but can't comment on it because I was so upset by whole experience. Never imagined sitting in a nice restaurant in Spain in the sunshine with tears streaming down my face but here I am. The other staff seemed very pleasant and deserve a medal for working there.
