Great location for enjoying San Juan beach, dining or going to Alicante or Benidorm by tram. We had a double bedroom at 4th floor in the last section of the hotel with a garden & seaview. Balcony is big, so one can really enjoy the sunshine & view! Bedroom was decent size, but decor is a bit dated. Bathroom with a bath and bidet, unfortunately it really needs some refurbishing (sticking door that wouldn't close etc). Breakfast was ok, full English breakfast served daily & choice of pastry, cereal. I wish there were some more Spanish delicacies to chose from (there was only pieces of Spanish omelette, I think). I booked directly with the hotel, because the website said there would be bikes available for free for guests who book directly. We were looking forward to having some bike rides... Unfortunately they don't have bike rental in the hotel & nothing to offer instead. I told the lady at reception that it was a misleading information & should be taken off the website.

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. The hotel is very close to the beautiful sandy beach and promenade of Playa San Juan, which is approximately 15 min by taxi from Alicante centre. The decor in the public areas is very nicely done. Food in restaurant and bar was excellent and prices were similar to other restaurants in the area. The pool area is well maintained. Pool/beach towels are provided and there are an excellent changing rooms with showers etc for guests departing later in the day. All staff were very helpful and always pleasant. An ideal hotel for a relaxing beach break. The photos taken from our balcony show the pool area and how close the beach is to the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket nearby.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel . It should be more than a 3 star. We had a premium room on the top floor with pool view. It was very comfortable and excellent shower. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Pool cold but clean and nice sunbeds, towels provided. Finally a fantastic restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great location for tram, beach and other restaurants. Just one note, the whole esplanade is being dug up and made wider, this is a mess and noisy. Hope it is sorted by the summer, but obviously not the hotels fault but worth knowing if you like to walk.

superficial management, nobody considered informing that there are constructions going on at the location. In advance, I have informed this hotel about the fact that I will be traveling alone and kindly asking for a quite room. Guess what?! They offered me one room right above the workers. Super disappointing first red flag was that although I made the reservation and paid with my card, here on booking, the property declined my payment and send me a super strange link to make the payment (pay attention). They are referring some law, that they cannot charge your card if you are not present that their reception. My question is, with the “strange direct link” isn’t it the same situation?” -I have received the most annoying room. Pay attention - NO SOUNDPROOF with the hallway -you can here everything what’s happening on the hallway. They have wooden doors, that don’t fit properly, please check my photos!!! The reception mentioned that the doors are new and have been recently installed (how can you put simple wooden doors in a hotel?!) have you been in a hotel before to check a minimum soundproofed door?! I -if you are at an intermediary floor, you cannot fall asleep if the persons staying above are walking through their room. The entire ceiling is trembling! Horror. -I explained these aspects to the reception staff, I did not feel SAFE in this hotel as a single traveler, if you push the doors a little harder you can enter every room! The staff started to discuss in Spanish in front of me, and they did not know that I understood very well Spanish. The reception lady was empathic and asked the reception guy to change me the room, but this guy refused her. Instead they sent the handyman to glue some thin sponge in the door holes! Pure distaster. They kept me in this room for my entire stay, although it was Christmas and quite empty. -cleaning process a disaster: the cleaning lady forgot the lid of the bin on my desk, between my stuff. How grouse is this? So many germs! I needed to shop a sanitizer and clean the surfaces (see photo). No refills for coffee, water and used towels! A dissaster! -this entire experience made me cancel my entire trip and book an earlier flight back home, although I wanted to stay for at least a week. More tired and dissapointed than never! -the staff lacks professionallity, I was always refered as the “la chica”, although I am a 34 years old lady. -there was an accident between 2 cars in front of the hotel, effectively the management did not do anything, the ladies stayed there for more than 5 hours and argued in front of the hotel, disturbing the other guests! I paid quite a lot of money for this poor managed hotel and I estimated that at least minimum service and rest can be offered! Please above this hotel, as it will ruin your vacation due to lack of professionally, bad investments, and poor...

The hotel on its own is nice, modern decor, the bedroom is also fine, a mattress topper would improve the sleep but overal its good, also its location and parking are a bonus. But the service is terrible. I mentioned to the receptionist on arrival that I knew the rates according to the hotel's website and asked if booking online was the same price as directly on the reception. She answered it was the same price but despite of that she tried to charge me double price for the same room. Well that took a while to find and excuse and make things right. I also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, a boring gnocchi they should rather not serve. The waiter was disinterested despite not having many people to serve. I asked for pepper and parmesan cheese but observed him walking first to register some consumptions on the computer, than he walked to get a fork for someone else and when he finally would go to the kitchen which was not so close I told him it was not necessary anymore (my gnocchi was getting cold) and he immediately gave up without any apology. Than the next issue, their despair to make one pay on that moment, not adding it to the room to pay on check out. Than some email suppose to arrive so that they could deduct it on the credit card...a drama. I walked up to the room to get my wallet and payed directly at the restaurant because the bill had to be payed on that moment!! Never had that in my life having visited more than 70 countries. But ok, the admin should consider some serious training before the...

Not really matching as they promote themselves. Firstly, they say “high speed WiFi” on their website. Nope, nothing like that. You’re lucky if you have an internet connection… Not stable and definitely not high speed :D Also, very annoying when you have to log in to WiFi every time. I mean, every single time. Very unmodern and frustrating.

Also, we had two single beds instead of one large bed that I chose when I booked the room. The explanation was that the hotel was full when we were checking in, which is weird. Why are you then still selling that option? Next morning we had to repack our luggages and change our room to get the one we chose. Not the best experience to start our trip in their hotel.

The final room itself was okay, even though the floor in the shower was broken and water was going everywhere. So need renovation, soon if not immediately.

One thing I didn’t understand. We had a premium room where they mention ‘premium breakfast’ on their website. I have no idea what that is. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Coffee was good.

Have to say that the biggest disappointment was the cafeteria/restaurant. The service wasn’t pleasant, enjoyable or fast. I didn’t catch any smiles or thank you’s. After couple similar experiences, we just wanted to go somewhere else but when it’s raining outside… We ordered some pizza online nearby with delivery.

Some nice things to mention: location with tram and beach nearby. And rental bikes, simple ones but good enough. Also, the ladies in the reception...
