The 1 star is for the interior design. The rest is average at best. Pastries look great but food is pretty average and coffee is ok...not great. It wasn't terrible but doesn't meet the expectation at all when looking at the interior design and how things are presented. Service was terrible. It was just me and 1 gentleman who waited so long to be served he just got up and left.... I was given a knife and fork for my yogurt bowl and was given a latte with cow's milk after I asked if they had soya milk and she was going to check.... Very poor experience. My partner got his dish long after I finished mine, including the drink. But the worst of all is, it was all very cold. I ordered eggs benedict and they felt like being pre-made (no runny yolk), taken out of the fridge and brought to cool room temp before serving. All ingredients completely cold.
