Pizzeria Singapur — Restaurant in Almeria

10,5€ for a medium pizza that isn't satisfactory (the dough base is premade frozen dough, the toppings weren't of great quality and taste) It tastes like the better quality freezer pizzas.

It wasn't bad, it just also want good. And my desire for eating a good pizza wasn't satisfied.

(all prices on have tussen significantly even compared to the photo of 1 year ago) It gets very busy around 21:00 (went on a weekend day) and then the service can't properly follow the demand for service. Atmosphere was so so, Visually it was pretty good, there are different corners that feel well segmented. Comfortable couches 👍🏻 Acoustics are... It gets really loud...

When we are staying in the area we normally go to another restaurant but all were closed. I searched and found Pizzeria Singapur, and ordered two pizzas & another dish. We ordered the vegetarian and four cheeses. The pizzas were AWESOME 👏 up with the best we have eaten. They looked and tasted different to the standard pizza, the cheese base they use is FANTASTIC, really light yet creamy, the base like a light pastry. PÉSIMA experiencia. Pedimos pizzas y patatas para compartir a las 21:50. Como estaban tardando mucho, a las 22:44 llamamos de nuevo para ver qué les quedaba. Nos dijeron que el pedido ya estaba listo para llevar cuando llegara el repartidor. A las 23:12 les volvimos a llamar viendo que no llegaban y preocupados porque las pizzas llegaran frías después de la espera al repartidor. El que nos atendió nos dijo que había habido un problema y que nos habían hecho las pizzas de nuevo y vendrían en 5 minutos. A las 23:27 llega un repartidor con el que no podíamos comunicarnos porque no sabemos hablar lenguaje de signos con unas pizzas y patatas en un envase medio abierto y aplastado. Intentamos llamar al local para pedir explicaciones o un descuento por las molestias (nos han cobrado 47'50€ por tres pizzas y dos patatas aplastadas 1 h y media más tarde de hacer el pedido) y ni si quiera se dignan a cogernos el teléfono (cuando obviamente sabía que eramos nosotros porque hemos llamado varias veces...). Encima el ticket es erróneo, porque la fecha y la hora que aparece no es correcta. No creo que sea la forma ni de tratar a un cliente ni de ofrecer soluciones a un muy mal servicio....
