Disappointing Experience at La Mala

The food at La Mala was okay and served fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by the poor service. Getting the bill turned into a frustrating ordeal. After asking several times, we were first given the bill from another table. When we finally received our own bill, it was still incorrect, and we were given the wrong amount of change. At this point we did not care anymore and all we wanted to do was getting out of there. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, which may explain some of the chaos, but it doesn’t excuse the rude attitude of the waiter. He was so agitated and overwhelmed that we almost felt sorry for him.

All in all, a very unpleasant experience. We will definitely not...

We tried the truffled omelet and it was delicious and I must admit the other tapas were equally good. The boletus with parmesan, chili con carne taco and the toast of secreto con brie where very tasty. I would recommend going to this place that actually had an incredibly friendly staff. The omelet is a bit runny on the inside so take that into account if you are not a fan of slightly undercook omelets. IMO that’s the best way to cook a good Tortilla de patata so I was pleasantly...

Empiezo diciendo que la comida es estupenda y es un local que nos encanta,viajamos desde murcia para cenar allí,una pena lo que nos pasó,primero con la reserva...reservamos un martes para sábado osea que antelación muchísima,al llegar no solo no tenían preparada nuestra mesa si no que nos pusieron fuera a esperar con toda la gente que iba sin reserva,osea que reservamos para nada,una camarera salió fuera y si no llegamos a alzar la voz y decir tenemos reserva metia ya a la demás gente en nuestro lugar,se puso a quejarse de que no le habíamos dado tiempo a preparar la mesa,no perdona la reserva esta echa desde hace días a las 10 y son las 10y20,que se os a llenado y habéis pasado de las reservas es otra cosa,después pedimos y dejamos claro que la tortilla la queríamos muy echa,pues nada llego poco hecha y tuvimos que devolverla,pedimos camembert y secreto ibérico,se olvido del camembert y cuando se lo dijimos lo trajo a medias de comernos el secreto por lo tanto cuando fuimos a comerlo estaba frío y empapado con la salsa sin duda un chasco por que otras veces el camembert a estado delicioso,después decidimos pedir un coctel,pregunte que llevaba la cahipiriña y a lo que me respondió que bodka y huevo y me quedé flipada,no tenía ni idea de lo que me estaba diciendo!!!!!conclusión es una pena que un sitio así deje una mala sensación por una trabajadora...
