My wife, daughter, and I arrived in the evening at Restaurante De Enyesque Arucas with high expectations based on reviews. We aimed for a quick, tasty, and high-quality meal, ordering mushrooms (although they didn't have them), aborgines, oregano potatoes, and octopus—all classified as starters. We also ordered cherne fish. We were served bread with alioli, which I expected to pay for, and the final bill was a bit high, considering other options in nearby Las Palmas.

Although we had ordered everything to be served at the same time, the starters (potatoes and aborgines) arrived first, likely for our daughter, but we waited 30 minutes for the main courses. By the time they arrived, we were already half full. The octopus was decent, enjoyed by the ladies in my family, but the fish lacked flavor, almost like tasteless paper. The sauce helped salvage the dish to some extent.

Initially, I intended to give a 3-star review, assuming we might not be the target audience. However, on the drive back to the hotel, I began feeling sick, which rarely happens to me with food. Everything seemed excessively greasy.

Yup. Absolute Jewl shinning in Arucas. Everything from the staff to the food to the location was fantastic. Our server was so warm and kind to us I felt I was family. I highly suggest the croquetas de atun con maricuja and the steak is of the highest quality. Perfect when matched with the delicious house sauce and house made fries. My wife Absolutely loved the salmon tartar and the fried (yes that right) aceitunas. Everything was just all around great. I havent had a meal this good in Madrid. In the shadow of the beautiful cathedral this makes for a perfect meal when visiting. It seems to be very popular with the locals and I wish them many years of success. Rarely do you see people so passionate about hospitality and the culinary arts. They love what they do and you can taste it and feel it through the food and see it in their smiles....

Soy hostelero y puedo opinar con criterio ,en general la comida de 10 ,sabor ,textura y combinaciones muy acertadas ,el tiempo entre los platos también perfecto ,no tienen pan normal solo con matalauva ,integral o bizcocho de papa ,las aceitunas rellenes de almogrote que lo tienen como recomendación no las elaboran ellos ,ya las traen preparadas ,pues he pedido un poco de almogrote y me han dicho que no tenían que las aceitunas ya la traen así ,aparte la carta está mal diseñada ,hay un plato (rulo de cabra con cebolla caramelizada) que salió y estaba riquísimo pero en la carta no especifican que viene con una miel muy caracterizada (sabor caramelo quemado) y con cebolla frita ,cosa que en la carta no ponía ,hay una camarera que me quitaba las cosas de la mano para retirar los platos (yo estaba juntando cubiertos en un mismo plato ,se que se desbaraza (recoge) así pero ella me ha quitado con mala ostia las cosas de la mano ,las ha puesto en la mesa y ha ido y venido varias veces para llevarse esas cosas (entendería si el plato pesara ,pero no era el caso) sus compañeras también la odian ,se les notaba en la cara y en las maneras y suspiros al dirigirse a ella ,por último ,al principio había pedido una carta de Cocktails para pedir al final ,me han dicho que no sabia si tenían porque no tenían ingredientes para mezclar ,lo entendí pero después volví a preguntar (a otra camarera) sobre la misma carta ,cosa que me dijo que si a la primera y me facilito la cara enseguida ,sobra decir que quien me dijo al principio que "no" a la carta es la chica antipática de la que hablábamos al principio ,al recibir el cocktail "arecuhas pornstar" me llega "lo que adjunto en la foto) un cocktail precioso visualmente con un buen olor y características generales positivas ,pero al momento de probarlo no era para nada lo imaginado ,sabía a alcohol puro ,cuando en un cocktail buscas un equilibrio ,con trozos de fruta (en este caso maracuyá (de eso trataba el cocktail pero no sabía a maracuyá ,solo estaba los trozos)) y cargado de hielo hasta arriba ,básicamente de dos sorbos de pajita me lo termine ,la vinoteca preciosa por cierto ,una gran variedad de vinos y los tenían a la temperatura óptima para...
