Pizzeria Puccini — Restaurant in Ayamonte

This is the friendliest restaurant along the seafront and serves a delicious range of pizzas and pastas. My particular favourites are marinara Alfredo pasta with prawns, clams and mussels in white wine and four cheese sauce and, for pizza, I recommend the Puccini Special, a wonderful mix of salami, beef, chicken, bacon and cheese. Portions are always generous, but extra toppings are available if you feel up to the challenge! Away from the Italian classics, you must try their amazingly delicious lamb shank, or hunter's chicken or their beautifully cooked fish fillets - salmon, sea bass or tuna. Don't miss out on the starters though - everything from simple garlic bread to mussels napolitana and Devils on Horseback! The food was atrocious, I was served a burnt pizza with charcoal as a topping, instead of meat. The restaurant didn't offer any solution to this and charged full price even after I complained. Don't go to this place.

PS: Edit to answer the owner. Your employee is a liar, he offered us an appetizer to compensate (that we refused) he never said that he would make another pizza. Also, mistakes might happen, but you served us two pizzas that were clearly burned and that just shows bad faith from the establishment. Your employees should have been proactive and after noticing that the pizzas weren't proper, they simply should have thrown those pizzas into the trash. Italian style pizza, don't think you can get much better than this around Isla Canela.

Very close to the ones I've had in Italy and Switzerland just just year.

The price is more than acceptable for the quality averaging at 11eur per person. Parking will not be easy at peak hours as there are a load of establishments and it's just by the beach, but all around the nearby blocks there will be a spot at a 5min walk.

Back to the food: ingredients quality is not gourmet, but it's well above average, pizzas are well filled, don't worry about only little cheese or fillings.
