Lamentablemente, cada vez que voy debo modificar mi calificación a esta panadería, cada vez es peor la experiencia y no volveré. En mi última visita salí súper indignado. Es muy triste que para calmar el antojo de una empanada colombiana, prefiera recurrir a un restaurante venezolano que por lo menos las dan crujientes y recién fritas. Es inadmisible que no se les ocurra, ya que no tienen licencia para poner una mini freidora y servir las cosas como se debe, usar al menos una Air Fryer y que sigan empeñados, pese a los comentarios de sus clientes, en calentar los productos en microondas, sirviendo las empanadas y los buñuelos (entre otros) cuachudos y secos! Eso denota una falta enorme de conocimiento gastronómico! Además, el ají estaba amargo, la arepa que acompañaba el chorizo (lo único bueno ese día) se deshacía porque estaba como sudada. Por favor, si van a usar el nombre de COLOMBIA, háganlo bien, por respeto a su gente y para que los españoles y demás nacionalidades que visitan Barcelona, conozcan bien la gastronomía colombiana. No pueden limitarse a decir que no tienen licencia y servir las cosas TAN MAL! Los colombianos se reconocen por ser personas recursivas, pero eso de recalentar las cosas en microondas habiendo mejores maneras es muy mediocre y es una falta de respeto hacia sus clientes, hacia el producto y hacia la gastronomía colombiana.
