Amazing food Amazing service Amazing experience
I had bibimbap and asked for extra gochujang (which was a good choice but not necessary) and absolutely loved it.
The second I walked into this restaurant I was in love. It definitely isn't for everyone, the owner is a one man restaurant machine that does all the jobs by himself which leads to long waiting times and more mistakes than normal restaurants but in my opinion that just adds to the experience.
The owner came up to our table and gave me advice on what to order (I didn't ask but that made me love the place even more). I instantly found him very likeable but as I said, I can see how people would not appreciate his style.

I ordered” sopa de kimchi con cerdo” y complementos de arroz y kimchi. Yes, I like kimchi! It was an amazing dish. I coughed at the first sip bc the spice hit me hard…to the back of the throat. I would come back and order this dish again.
potato spirals ere burnt udon soup was good and gyoza too Korean milk drink (similar to Japanese calpico) was great
