Hosomaki Sants — Restaurant in Barcelona

One of the worst experiences I've had in a Japanese restaurant. Good location, calm street, close to the train and metro station. The tables were really dirty, they cleaned them after asking them twice. Both toilets were badly clogged. Sanitarily worrying. The service was slow, we just asked for three dishes, and they took more than half an hour between asking, the first, the second and the last one. Drinks were also really slow. After few weeks in Spain, we were craving for some Japanese food. We lived in Japan for few years, so we know and value the Japanese cuisine very well. We were staying in an airbnb very near this restaurant and decided to give it a try, we were not disappointed, we all ordered Ramen but also got some sushi and sashimi which we had to order again and again because the salmon was soooooo good..... the Ramen was also very good, just not as warm as it should be served, but taste...

We were staying in the barrio Sants and strolled around the neighbourhood. That‘s how we discovered this new sushi restaurant (May 2023). The service is quick and with a large smile!
