Mediterrani — Restaurant in Barcelona

Stopped in as it was one of the only restaurants open until the area. Ordered the “Greek” calamari, wun Tun soup, Chinese dumplings and tuna salad.

Calamari was heavily battered and oil tasted slightly like it need to be changed.

Wun Tun soup seemed somewhat as if it had an effort to be made authentically - small dried shrimp typical in Asian soups were included, although the serving was small and the broth was very dark. Wun tuns themselves were very small with almost no filling.

Chinese dumplings were in my opinion the best item ordered - unsure as to where they were prepared. Very typical pork and cabbage filling with black vinegar on the side. Were somewhat soggy/needed more cooking but tasted pretty good.

Tuna salad was a bed of iceberg lettuce with canned tuna, canned corn, and canned green olives on the side. I personally did not try it.

Overall, service was fine/friendly, but the restaurant was full and very very loud. Staff and customers loudly stacking dishes and lots of screaming children. Prices were alright, and my Clara (beer and lemonade) was good. Cigarette machine at the entrance, and more seating on the curb.

Menu is obscenely large and offers such a large variety of food that I’m doubtful they’re able to prepare...

Terrible food. We had Chicken wings, beef entrecote and fries- everything made in the same fryer i suppose.

It was loud- the workers kept shouting instead of talking.

The only positive was the service- nice and helpfull with an ok english.

There are better places to dine in...

Fui este pasado fin de semana y al principio bien aunque pedías un café y miraban hacia otro lado, más tarde comiendo con mi marido observemos como practicamente echaron a dos chicos que después de comer y de gastar bastante dinero ( ya estaban en la terraza tomando tapas y copas ) . Les dijeron "postre o les traigo la cuenta" , todo con muy malas formas. Los chicos se marcharon y estuvo la mesa vacía todo el rato. Además.....el primer plato casi frío, no ofrecen aceiteras, ni sal y el segundo plato un pescado congelado , calentado al microondas y lleno de espinas. Quise darle otra oportunidad a la tarde y tomar un café con unas amigas y aunque nos sirvieron bien los baños estaban muy sucios y al comentárselo y decirles que no había papel su respuesta fue "que quieres que haga yo".
