I have to be honest with you the food was not good in any way: The broth is too salty and tastes like Chinese cuisine instead of Japanese cuisine. The egg was like eating a handful of salt and more generally tasted like it was past date. The ebi tempura fried is not tempura fried, it's coated in batter and seems to be cooked in a pan instead of fried in oil. The shrimp was baked way too long and was very dry. Then on the table there was sambal ulek instead of chili flakes which seems fit for the Indonesian cuisine and doesn't belong in a Japanese restaurant.
