O'Tubo — Restaurant in Barcelona

This evening, I was simply looking to place an order to takeout. The restaurant was busy. Everybody was running in different directions and no one was really looking out for the customer. I was given a menu to review and when I was ready, I made eye contact with several different waiters. None took the hint and asked me for my order. I even noticed that another couple was looking for a seat and the waiter just said “in there.” As a person of color I felt disregarded. Ultimately, my husband and I took our money elsewhere to an establishment that was more deserving. I would never arrive at this restaurant again...

The food was below average and service was very rushed.

They had you feeling like you had to eat very quickly and get out. The food was only just warm and did not stay warm very long on the cold plates. The starter of sea food with noodles tasted like it was made days before and just reheated in the microwave. The plate of ham was just that. a plate of ham with 2 small potatoes sprinkled with paprika. The apple desert was the only thing that was reasonable, oh and the price. it was cheap, but we got what we...

We loved it here, the prices were great as well as the service (we could communicate in English unlike other places). We had eaten out of all the meals that I've attached, we were really hungry. But they were just de right size, I was afraid that the french fries portion was not enough (but it was just right). The stake was made medium rare, as we asked, unlike other places.

I don't get the low rating, I highly reccomend that you at least...
