SENSAS Barcelona — Attraction in Barcelona

In general, we enjoyed the activity, but I don't think it is suitable for all ages as advertised. The room with the scents is not appropriate for small children—or any children, in fact. For instance, the scent of nail polish remover - even my husband wouldn't gues it, let alone my son:: By the way, Coca-Cola doesn't smell :)) and there were some other unidentifiable scents that children would never guess. I think the scents should be adjusted to suit the different age groups and simplified for the children.

The girl who was explaining things was very cheerful and friendly, but we felt that things could have been explained more clearly. Even we, the adults, were confused about some parts—and the kids even more so. The rooms are tiny; I'm not sure how many people can fit in one group, but our group of seven felt comfortable.

Overall, we think it's a great experience, but it needs some improvement in how things are explained to the kids, and a few adjustments should be made for the various age groups.

P.S. by the way - the customer service was great, fast, attentive and responsive....

Molt malament...vam menjar GRILLS I CUCS!!!

vam anar amb unes amigues i vam sortir molt decebudes. Al començar l'experiència vam remarcar que erem vegetarianes, el noi fent conya "¿pero, comeis bichos, no?" NO, EVIDENTMENT! li vam demanar si us plau que si era veritat, no ens els poses. Malharadament no ens va fer cas. Vam estar tota la sessió escupint trossos de grill i cucs. Molt pero que molt desagradable i crec que ratlla la il.legalitat fer-te menjar allò que has demanat expressament que no et posin.

El noi en cap moment ens va dir que fossin de veritat, feia broma tota l'estona. Fins que al acabar, a les 2 hores, ens va ensenyar que si eren de veritat. A més, abans de marxar, ens va confesar que no tenien temps de netejar els pots entre sessions!!! Has de menjar i ficar les mans en uns pots a les fosques i ningú ho neteja. En aquests recipients hi ha aliments llafiscosos, crus, etc. aixo mateix ho toca tothom, ho agafa amb les mans i s'ho fica a la boca. un atemptat contra la salut pública i una autèntica marranada.

Per altra banda el manteniment de la sala es lamentable. La meitat de les taquilles on deixar les coses, trencades. Sales que no vam poder fer perquè s'habia espatllat el macanisme, caixes fortes que no obrien, pudor a peus a la piscina de boles irrespirable, etc. A més, al deixar les coses a les taquilles, et fan donar les claus i un dels nostres mobils... hola? llavors perquè em fas tancar les coses sota clau si te la quedes tú??

Per acabar de rematar, al acabar l'eperiència, el nostre GM ens va comentar lo malament que els tratctaben com a treballadors, que els tenien a tots amb contracte de pràctiques i pagant 3 euros l'hora. Una explotació en tota regla.

Top experience! If you like games, escape rooms, challenging yourself and getting out of comfort zone, this is a must-do! :) The game is not scary but you need to be comfortable being in the dark for majority of time. The game master Sara is absolutely amazing, she guided us through the whole game, made jokes, and made sure we had a great time. We requested for the game to be in English and for tasting workshop to be suitable for vegans and gluten-free intolerance and they made it happen for us easily. I definitely recommend this experience to...
