We passed by the restaurant and a man with a menu invited us in, which usually means there’s space. We said we were two, and he told us to wait 2 minutes. While waiting, we saw the restaurant next door had available tables. Then two more women and a group of 6–7 people joined the line. It started raining, and we were all left standing outside. The man began offering beer to some people but ignored others—it felt unprofessional. I asked him why they let us wait in the rain if there was no space, and even the other women agreed.
The food menu has pictures, which is helpful. We ordered the Syrian kebab, which looked full of meat in the photo, but when it arrived, it was just 5 small kuftas. Huge menu with so many home made recipe dishes.
Photos on the menus are also super...

If you're not that hungry, a bocadillo will do (it's actually better price for value). If you can overlook the service which at times can be somewhat rude or indifferent, and you're there to enjoy the food and history excerpts on the walls, this place is a great choice. Main dishes are around 10eur, bocadillo 4eur. And if you fancy a movie, Cine Verdi which is a 'version original' cinema (original sound + english subs) is...
