During our stay in Barcelona, we spent every evening at Rosa Pinky. The owner was so very kind and helpful. The food was so very good. The atmosphere was the best. On our third day in Barcelona, we finally experienced the Catalan dinner- food and time of 9-10pm. We went just down the block from our Air B&B and sitting outside on a little patio enjoyed: Sangria, patattas bravos/spicy sour cream & potatoes, deep fried squid, & a Catalan salad which is like a charcuterie board! I’m living just behind the building since 6-7 months. I was a lil sceptical the first few months before the quarantine. I happened to pass by the other day for a meeting and I choose the place randomly. Looking at the menu I see this sandwich with beef and peppers which I love. I order that. With some cheese too.
